He must have been reading "The Mexican Idiot's Guide to black Law"--translated to Spanish from the original book,"black Law Explained".
The original book attempts to cover every situation that comes up in everyday life and advise you as to a proper black law response
I'll compare White law and black law as they are understood today.
CHAPTER 22:Senior Citizens
Non-black senior lady walking down the sidewalk.
White law:Smile and tip your hat.
black law:Yell at her,push her down,hit her with a nearby heavy object.

White law:Nod and smile,if eye contact is made.
black law:If she's the mammy of one of yo' baby's mamas,cross the street--you don't need to hear that sh*t about child support.
From Chapter 2--Respect.
A boy throws feces on your doorstep.
White law:If you know the boy,call up his parents.If necessary,the police.
black law:Kill him.
A male,of the same race as you,yells an insult directed to you.
White law:Ignore it--chalk it up to immaturity.
black law:Kill him.
Chapter 6 Gambling
The male friend,you won a bet from,won't pay you.
White law:You get angry,but say to yourself,"F**k him,I won't bet with him again."
black law:Kill him.
The black law solution of murder is apparently preferred in many scenarios.Consult your "black Law Explained" for the few exceptions listed.However,an important distinction must be pointed out:the word "murder" is a term used only in White law--not in the realm of black law.
I hope this explains what blacks are attempting to incorporate into our justice system.

The car ran the kid over. The man was in the car but the car ran the kid over. The owner is responsible for the actions of his car.

No, he wasn't -- at least according to the article.
After Sunday's incident, Zarate reportedly got into his Ford SUV and drove eastbound on the 1700 block of Marcus Abrams Blvd. to confront the juveniles. That's a street off of Menchaca Road. As he approached them, he said he exited his vehicle and immediately confronted both boys. ... Documents state that a third-party witness reported that Zarate rolled up behind the juveniles and immediately began "punching" them. The witness stated that they then walked toward the fight to break it up when they observed Zarate's vehicle begin to move forward as if it was not placed into park.
He was released on bond -- I doubt he would have been (even in Houston where they seem to let almost everyone out) were it determined or suspected he had deliberately killed the kid by intentionally running over him.
A bizarre story.
