I wonder how the alleged stabbing happened -- ?
The difference in strength between men and women is huge, e.g. (as I may have posted before) the average 80 y/o man has significantly more grip strength than the average female of any age (link).
So personally, I would normally not expect a woman to be able to stab a man who had his wits about him, saw the attack coming, and was able to defend himself.
