Richmond: notorious black shithole at the eastern foot of the Richmond-San Rafael bridge, meaning on the other side is Marin County, one of the most exclusive, priciest areas of California (oddly enough, San Quentin prison is also in Marin County).

So a white female teacher at a heavily 'minority' school.

MWA is a charter school (in a new, modern building) -- charter schools are largely a scam -- mostly well-meaning people get a lot of state and federal money, promising to raise the level of 'disadvantaged' students -- since the more conscientious 'minority' parents send their kids there, typically scores etc are marginally better than public schools with similar demographics, yet still far below white and Asian students elsewhere.

Mission Statement: Address the disparity in educational opportunity that exists between suburban and urban youths.
