Those Orientals and Middle-easterners are known for their love of bling. Someone is doing a good job of scouting for these bad guys and picking the most appropriate targets.
Normally the USA mafia would demand a street tax for these bad guys to operate. Maybe they already do. Mafia says give us 10 % or else.
