Coyotes--the canine kind, not the Mex smugglers--do the same thing. A female in heat will lure a domestic dog to follow her for sex--but the rest of the pack is waiting to ambush him for supper. It is said that a female coyote will mate with a domestic dog if he is too big to kill, but smaller dogs get eaten. Ironically, if she does mate with a domestic dog, it is probably a death sentence for her. Coyotes in a mated pair stay together and the male brings food to the den for the female to eat while she is nursing the babies. But domestic dogs, dependent on man for food, have lost the instinct to bring food to the female they mated with. So she starves to death. I suppose their is a lesson in this. Nature is cruel but human society is supposed to be more compassionate--supposed to be.

Well,I think I'm ready to go buy some Mutual of Omaha insurance now,but just the coverage "in case of attack by blacks"--which in NYC--is almost a sure thing.
