black law wins again--except this has an special legal clause in it--from the obscure, known only to commie judges, law book--"Precedent in Cases,Involving Famous nig*ers".

Section 6,article 24:

"Whereas, black celebrities are far above the common negro, who is already protected from White man's law,the decision is mandatory--no matter the crime--set the nig*er free."
(Simpson vs California)(Cosby vs Pennsylania)

He didn't even have to post bond! Some really big names must have intervened for the dope. Much to their discredit. The appeals court heard this case super rapid fire quick too.

The ruling comes from the 'APPELLATE COURT OF ILLINOIS FIRST DISTRICT- FIFTH DIVISION' -- it was a 2 - 1 decision -- see the link below:

link

FINDING that the defendant has been convicted on non-violent offenses and that this Court will be unable to dispose of the instant appeal before the defendant would have served his entire sentence of incarceration: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: ...

I'm sure many lawyers have taken note of the reasoning: if you've been sentenced for a non-violent offense, and it's possible your appeal won't be heard before you will have served your sentence, then you are entitled to remain free until your appeal is heard.

The order is signed, but good luck deciphering the names -- an article on Breitbart provides the names:

Jussie Smollett Released from Jail on Bond While He Appeals His Conviction

Appellate Court Justices Thomas Hoffman and Joy Cunningham signed the order, while Justice Maureen Connors dissented.

Joy Cunningham is black (link) -- it seems likely Thomas Hoffman is Jewish (link), but it's hard to be sure -- Maureen Connors is a white.

OT

Sometimes you encounter unintentionally funny shit on the internet, as happened when I was looking for info on the judges who decided to release Smollett:

2 Cook County judges, indicted Ald. Ed Burke, 3 retired judges partnered in investment club

At the bottom:

Table of Wisdom reflects the court system’s reputation as being largely white, older men with financial and personal ties to each other and the Democratic Party. Of the 10 company partners Toomin disclosed in forms submitted to the Illinois Supreme Court, the nine who could be identified are white, and all but one are men.

Take a look at the names:
>Judge James Shapiro
>Retired judges Margarita Kulys Hoffman
>Warren Wolfson
>Attorney Barry Greenburg
>And attorneys Marvin Leavitt and Michael Stiegel

This whole article seems like a dumb smear attempt, and it doesn't look like these members of the 'Table of Wisdom' investment club did anything wrong -- but nearly all of them are Jews, they're not white.

And check out the organization behind this article:

Obviously and correctly so. This Jessie did not even have to post bond! And his fine he will never pay. He will just declare bankruptcy.

It has all been figured out in advance. The appeal judges sure did arrive at a decision quick. Someone must have had big pull and said the right things in the right places.
