Why Not De-fund the police? philadelphia pd gives its blessing to raceless super-predators to carjack and murder with impunity: "'We are Not Safe': Friends, Neighbors Remember George Briscella, Man Killed in Rhawnhurst Carjacking"

David in TN: There is no description of the suspects, which in itself describes them. And "police say there have been 159 carjackings in Philadelphia this year." Let's see now, this year is only about 40 days old.

I'm confused by your apparent conclusion that the 'philadelphia pd gives its blessing to raceless super-predators to carjack and murder with impunity' -- why do you think they've done that?

Data repeatedly and consistently shows crime is primarily a demographic problem: more Blacks means more crime, to the point well-to-do black areas often have more crime than down-and-out white areas.

Police cannot prevent crime; they only show up afterward -- and re what happens afterward, prosecutors and courts are often a bigger problem than cops.

A story from Sep 2020:

Philly Police: Homicide clearance rate on the decline as murder rates rise

City police have logged 307 homicides since January — a 32% increase from this time last year. Since August 11, 48 people have been killed in more than 340 additional shooting incidents in the city. The homicide clearance rate is at about 47%, and, according to Outlaw, shooting victims are getting younger. ... Firearms arrests have increased 64%, but the percentage of convictions have decreased from 73% in 2015 to 47% in 2020. Dismissed cases increased from 18% in 2015 to 47% in 2020.

The Philadelphia PD is no doubt below average in competence, and this is made worse by a 'diversity' culture and 'diversity' hiring.

But in places like Philadelphia they are probably also overloaded and cannot thoroughly investigate so many serious crimes like homicide at once.

Philly is funky. I would say it is. Go google Kensington Station for video and see what you get. A microcosm of American cities today.

USA not the greatest country in the world anymore. Maybe not so for a long time. Sad to say.

Victims and perpetrators both. This sounds like something you would read on a Tom Metzger web site and wouldn't believe.
