The name of Chauvin was released almost instantly. Many months have passed and the name of the shooter in DC is not even known?

Ever hear of Mackenzie Scott? She's Bezo's ex and the 3rd richest woman in the world thanks to her payout from Bezos after they divorced. She just hit the news with a multi billion dollar "charitable" giveaway. https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/mackenzie-scott-citing-wealth-gap-donates-2-7-billion?utm_source=spotim&utm_medium=spotim_conversation&spot_im_redirect_source=notifications&spot_im_comment_id=sp_ANQXRpqH_urn%243Auri%243Abase64%243A1df45a4f-0c06-5113-b564-20124f0ab64b_c_1u0UqcQYwowuzQrOW9mIKKbipSp&spot_im_highlight_immediate=true

Check out these paragraphs from the article:

The latest recipients range from universities — including $40 million apiece to the University of Central Florida and the University of Texas at San Antonio — to refugee resettlement groups and civil rights groups, as well as arts and culture organizations that have suffered from a drop in giving as donors focused on more urgent needs brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.

In 2020, Scott made two similar surprise announcements, donating a combined $6 billion to COVID-19 relief, gender equity, historically Black colleges and universities and other schools. The 286 organizations chosen for Tuesday’s announcement included "equity-oriented" nonprofits working in long-neglected areas and were selected from a rigorous process of research and analysis, Scott said.

Seriously? "A rigorous process of research and analysis" and all they do is give money to black causes, alien invaders and 286 "equity oriented non profits" (white Hate organizations) and all the other same Woke causes high tech billionaires give to. How much did she pay people for that kind of confirmation bias advice?

She reportedly walked away with 60 billion from Bezos after divorce and with the massive expansion of speculative stock wealth her fortune should have appreciated significantly since then. Even if she's giving away around 7 billion or so the last couple years it's still only a small fraction of what she's worth. Likely the tax savings and business development resulting will more than make up for what she's giving away.

While there might be an occasional worthy organization here and there amongst the billionaires "charitable giving campaigns", reality is, this "philanthropy" mostly always circles back to helping them get richer while stepping on the necks of the White middle class.
