If Cuomo,deBlasio and Shea could be honest for one minute,instead of worrying about how minorities will perceive them at voting time,they could improve things by letting all the thugs know--we don't want you here if you break the law.
An idea just popped into my head--allow a state to deport a criminal with so many crimes on his rap sheet--just like we do to illegals(back to Mexico).Forbid the thugs to stay in their state after they get out of prison.Totally illegal,I know,but fun to fantasize about.
Still,if you crack down on criminals and word gets around the 'hood that the cops will mean business,I believe they head to greener(blacker)pastures down South or Baltimore/Chicago/Philly.
Eventually,it would appear,we'd run out of places to send them,so the final solution is,they must be sent to Africa,lol.Or designate one state as a place for criminals to live--and keep it locked up--no one leaves.
Can't think of anything better except civil war.
