We need to find out exactly what happened to this woman so we can export it to India. I just spent a couple frustrating days coping with repeated calls with "help" people from Amazon and a bank--all speaking in accents thick enough to choke a cow. It is so refreshing to talk to a company where the people are AMERICAN and the audio is crystal clear so you can understand every word. This is increasing rare as big greedy companies hire overseas telephone help so save money. A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza from a major chain. Of course the order came out wrong. Turns out the company has outsourced its order taking staff--I was talking to someone in Malaysia. When I complained to the manager, she had a pizza made right delivered free to my door and told me to talk to the manager in the future instead of the chain's outsourced order taker. That Australian woman's "Irish" accent would be a huge improvement over the Indians we are forced to deal with.
