“The amount of calls coming in for just shots fired is just astronomical,” Osburg said.

I'll bet 90% of the time the technology is used in a minority neighborhood--maybe more in big cities.
blacks will fight it as they fight anything that will land them in prison.I can see pressure being put on black mayors to stand down the use of this bullet tracing technology--and they will.
