"Ten People were Killed by a Suspected Shooter"

By Nicholas Stix

That was a suspected Fox News reporter in Boulder.

Nobody was shot to death by a "suspected shooter." All ten vics were shot to death by an actual shooter.

The guy the cops arrested is the "suspected shooter," although in this even that appellation is dubious. What are the odds that he's not the mass murderer?

Another odd thing Fox did was blur the suspect's leg, as the cops led him, handcuffed, to a police vehicle. His leg was reportedly bleeding, but apparently the Fox suits thought that showing even a drop of blood in the context of a mass murder story would be too much for their suspected vewers to handle.

At the rate Fox News is going under Lachlan Murdoch's direction, pretty soon, it'll only have "suspected viewers," but no real ones.

Our TV was only on for about a half-hour.
