I've worked downtown in a major city for decades that has one of the highest, if not the highest, homeless populations in the country. I've pretty much seen it all with the homeless, I've been in altercations with them and witnessed plenty of physical incidents, 99% of the time instigated by the homeless. Only rarely do those kind of incidents merit any local coverage by the local media and then it's only if the story can be spun into the homeless being the victims. So why is this story of the Asian lady having a not unusual altercation with a bum getting national coverage? What happened is simple I'm sure, he asked her for money, he got mad when she refused and things got nasty, a scenario that plays out daily in cities with large homeless populations. But the media puts this one incident on the front pages! Obviously because she's Asian and the bum is white so it helps foster the false notion the liberal media is creating about some kind of Asian persecution. I guess they decided blacks being eternal victims wasn't enough, now it's time for Asians to get theirs.
BTW I attempted to post that comment on the Foxnews article and got a message saying: "Your comment does not meet community guidelines"
That's been happening more and more with Fox. As Fox moves more toward the left it's just a matter of time before they start censoring everything I post and just kick me off altogether.
