At the beginning of his mayorship, de Blah Blah Blah gave a $250 million per year "mental health initiative" to his wife to run. Almost $2B later, she can not account for any of the money.

The U.S. Attorney's Office has refused to investigate, much less charge either of the crooks. And that's on top of four other slush funds de Blah Blah Blah has run, extorting money out of people doing business with the city, including his phony 2020 presidential candidacy.
