One thing to know about Finner--he's black.Looks like we've gone way beyond "affirmative action" to "no Whites considered" action-- for police chiefs in cities,where there are around 10% blacks(or more)populating that city.
This is similar to Miss America being black every year.Can't Whites sue for discrimination--just by the numbers of blacks EXCLUSIVELY being hired as police chiefs?
This country and its cities get more and more bizarre.
