From my perspective it is not the money itself. It is HOW the money will be spent. I am assuming cash given to the descendants of slaves.
Money will be wasted on all sorts of frivolity. Gambling, drinking, drugs, CEE-gars, etc.
Money will disappear fast. Very fast. A dollar in the hands on a negro normally only stays in the hands of the colored community for six hours.
