Serial rapist named cedric valdez arrested in pdx burb hillsburrito. Not to be confused with negro comedian cedric the entertainer, this guy is cedric the mex sex criminal. Details about exactly what he did are skimpy but police are calling him a serial offender and local news outlets are at least running a clear photo of the guy:

Check the three other recently arrested sex criminals just below, all targeting children. Two out of 3 are mex, one looks like it might be a regular American White guy because his first and middle name are andrew ross but his last name is alcante, the etymology of which is spanish/arabic.

In any case, even if he is a White guy, 3 out of 4 sex criminals (especially targeting children) being mex of some extraction is about par for the course around here. I think everywhere else also.
