GRA:"Love 'em and kill 'em,"says blackie these days. Muskegon Heights is about 30 miles west of Grand Rapids.

(fox17)MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. — A suspect in the death of Sasha Spears is now in police custody. Investigators believe Deangelo Aubrey killed the 36-year-old single mother from Muskegon Heights and another woman on Monday.

Muskegon Heights Police Chief Maurice Sain confirmed with FOX 17 that Aubrey is under arrest for both deaths.

Spears was found dead inside her home on Hoyt Street around 2:30 p.m. on Monday by her sister. Spears had suffered a serious injury, according to Muskegon Heights Police.

Based on information from relatives, detectives began to search for Aubrey who had been in a relationship with Spears.

Then around 4 p.m. a different woman from Muskegon Heights was reported missing and she may have been last seen with Aubrey. Aubrey and the second woman previously dated, according to police.

Roughly six hours later, the missing woman was found dead inside a vehicle parked near 6th Street and Delano Avenue.

ZOHRAN SCAMDANI/SHAMDANI BEGINS "CHANGING" THE NYC POLICE DEPARTMENT BY KEEPING THE SAME COMMISSIONER;LOOKS LIKE HE DEFINITELY SCAMMED HIS SUPPORTERS

NEW YORK (AP) — New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Shamdani announced Wednesday that the city’s current police commissioner will remain in the post.

Scamdani said Jessica Tisch has rooted out corruption in the upper echelons of the department and “led a department-wide focus on accountability and transparency, while delivering historic reductions in violent crime.”

Tisch has led the nation’s largest police department since November 2024.

Her decision to stay on is likely to provide some level of comfort to city business leaders and others who worried that Shamdani’s past harsh rhetoric about the department during the height of black lives matter protests would translate into radical changes at the NYPD.

GRA:He just wanted a higher paying job. Shamdani already is a disappointment to commies everywhere. I thought he was going to implode the police department--or what did Tisch agree to--to stay on? This doesn't make sense, with his past verbiage about cops and law enforcement. Tisch wants to keep HER high paying job too-- could be as simple as that.
