Yet the county is considered "affluent," thanks to all the knee grow dei beneficiaries who reside in the county. You would think there would be a link between academic performance and affluence (or poverty).

Can't get math and English through their skulls,even with all the money splashed on blackie schools.
There's a lesson there somewhere.
