"prince George’s county continues to rank as the third-lowest performing district in Maryland. overall, 38.3% of county students are proficient in English language arts and just 13.1% in math. at the high school level, for instance, at Flowers high school."

Yet the county is considered "affluent," thanks to all the knee grow dei beneficiaries who reside in the county. You would think there would be a link between academic performance and affluence (or poverty).

Maybe James Wilson was on to something.

Can't get math and English through their skulls, even with all the money splashed on blackie schools.

There's a lesson there somewhere.
