Think that doesn't happen here? In college I worked at a pizza chain (which still exists today). Young workers blew their nose in pizza dough, wrapped it around their sweaty pimpled necks and many other disgusting things. The franchise owner dove into a garbage can to retrieve some bad cheese and announced, "we're using this." He also ordered cooked ground beef which was spilled on the floor to be swept up and used. One night the assistant manager was yellow with hepatitis, he still handled pizzas which were delivered all over town. At this point I walked out and called the police, who, of course, did nothing. Someone who worked at a famous fried chicken joint described how they made deep fried cockroaches. When you eat out, you don't know what you are really eating.
