home run number 60 for Cal Raleigh
"(yahoo sports) Cal Raleigh's record breaking 2025 season has now seen him clear the 60-home-run threshold.
"Raleigh holds the records for the most homers in a season by a primary catcher in mlb history, the most homers in a season by a switch-hitter in mlb history and the most homers in a season in Seattle mariners franchise history. Raleigh is the seventh [sic] player ever to hit 60 home runs in a season, and his is the 10th [sic] 60-home-run season ever. he is also the first in mlb history to hit at least 20 home runs from each side of the plate in one season.

N.S.: Most of those 60 home-run seasons were fraudulent, because the hitters--McGwire, Bonds, and Sosa--were juicing. The only clean ones were Roger Maris and Cal Raleigh.
