Ask the people--not the politicians: kansas city residents say, "violent crime has never been this bad," after mass shooting wednesday

“(fox4) kansas city, mo. — kansas city police are investigating after multiple people were hurt in a shooting wednesday night in midtown.

“police responded to the shooting just before 9 p.m. in the area of Harrison street and Armour boulevard.

“the kansas city fire department said when paramedics arrived on the scene, five people had been shot. police said four men were shot and 1 woman was shot.

“all victims were taken to area hospitals. one man has life threatening injuries and the others are expected to recover.

“Kail’n Holmes has lived at the Bainbridge apartments for five years. he got home from work and saw the chaos.

“'I seen his body myself when I got off work,' Holmes said. 'I was hoping it wasn’t, but when I seen his body, I tried to hold my tears in as best as I could until as I got inside.

“Holmes said a man he calls his brother is fighting for his life in the hospital.

“'can we at least try to stop the violence and try to get along?' Holmes said. 'because there’s too much that’s going on, too close to home.'”

[GRA: I wonder what HIS rap sheet is. I'd like to know about the blacks who lament mass shootings--whether they pull a gun in the next year or two--or rob a store, commit assault etc.]

“'I’m tired of the violence,' ms. Pepsi said. 'I don’t know if I want to do 17 years here.

“ms. Pepsi has lived here for 16 years and says the violence has never been this bad. she also knows the man in the hospital.”

GRA:Reminds me of those life insurance commercials that blacks are always in:

Mammy:Son,I'm not going to be around too much longer

Luke Bell:You got THAT right.

ALL bLACK abc6 IN NIGADELPHIA HILARIOUSLY TALKS TO TOKEN WHITE GUY IN DAYLIGHT,ON STREET MURDER;VIDEO SHOWS IT ALL

GRA:black reporters+black anchor=black bulls**t.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A woman was shot and killed Friday evening in Center City, and one person is in custody, according to police.

The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. at the corner of 12th and Chestnut streets, in front of a 7-Eleven. The incident, which unfolded in broad daylight along the busy corridor, was captured on video.

(White)Casey Boultinghouse, who lives in the area, said he was heading out for a bike ride when he heard the gunfire.

"This is not the area that you typically hear things like this happening," Boultinghouse said. "That's when I just was outside my door and heard that and just started riding down Chestnut."

(GRA:What a find the White witness was for abc6--a token White guy saying"this isn't a bad area"--he must wear headphones a lot.)

Police said the woman was pronounced dead at Jefferson Hospital about 90 minutes after the shooting. Her identity has not been released.

Video of the incident appears to show three people involved. One woman seems to be trying to pull a man away from another woman. Moments later, the man is seen pointing a gun at the woman on the ground.

Witnesses can be heard reacting in the video, including one exclaiming, "Oh my God!"

Investigators have not confirmed how the individuals may be connected or what led to the shooting. Sources said police are looking into whether one of the women was initially armed and whether the gun was taken from her during the confrontation.

GRA:"Dats why I used to love you,baby--why even now,you brought a gun for me to KILL YOU with.''

Charges are pending, and Area Three detectives are investigating.

Police did not immediately provide further information about the shooting.

Rod Serling:Picture the following--a gun, with a life of its own. Passing from person to person, discharging bullets at its own whim and fancy. Of course,in the real world, things like this don't REALLY occur, but it does...here--often...in the "Media Twilight Zone".
