Update on the mass shooting by die sgt. Quornelius Radford at fort Stewart

"Sgt. Quornelius fort Stewart shooting update: (1) military court, not civilian (2) But the same kind of absurd due process diddling: 'now that he's been charged, Radford faces pretrial proceedings to determine whether there is enough evidence for him to stand trial by court-martial."

So cancel the tickets for the execution at noon today, it's not going to happen. The legal system really needs to get a concept of "guilt beyond an unreasonable doubt."

Will blacks be in charge of this proceeding? It's probably being handled under the heading: "black law--military".

QUORNELIUS HAD A DOMESTIC BLOW-UP THAT TURNED INTO A MASS MURDER ATTEMPT;MILITARY CIRCLES THE WAGONS

(A.T.'s link)"Five of the wounded soldiers survived the attack. Radford was charged with six counts of attempted murder — the sixth referring to a soldier he shot at and missed, said Michelle McCaskill, a spokesperson for the Army's Office of Special Trial Counsel, which is prosecuting Radford.

Radford also faces six counts of aggravated assault and a single count of domestic violence.

"That charge is there because one of the victims was the intimate partner of the accused," McCaskill said.

(GRA:Probably White, blacks don't try to kill their black wimmen--they just cheat on them with a lot of other wimmen--black AND white.)

She said she did not know whether Radford's partner was among the five people he wounded. The Army has not released the victims' names.

Fort Stewart officials have declined to comment on the shooter's motives.

Under military law, attempted murder carries a potential penalty of life imprisonment.

Radford was represented by Army defense attorneys at his hearing Tuesday. Phone and email messages left with Fort Stewart's Trial Defense Service were not immediately returned.

THE COURT MARTIAL OF QUORNELIUS RADFORD(IN TWO MINUTES)

Assistant prosecutor Sgt.Carter: I call Private Gomer Pyle to the witness stand.

Gomer:Hey, Sergeant.

Carter:Quiet,Pyle.

"Do you promise to tell the truth, the whole truth,so help you God?

Pyle:I do,I never tell a lie.

Defense attorney,Perry Masonious Felonious Crump:I object,NO ONE can say they never tell a lie. THAT'S a lie.

Carter:Your honor,I can vouch for Private Pyle and we can bring witnesses to corroborate Private Pyle's claim.Plus,he's WHITE.

White Judge:Overruled,mr.crump--continue,Sergeant Carter.

Carter:Describe in as few words as possible, what happened the day Sgt.Quornelius Radford tried to kill you and 5 others at Fort Stewart.

Pyle:He pointed a gun at us and pulled the trigger--bam,bam,bam--shame,shame,shame .

Carter:That's fine,no further questions.

Attorney crump:Your honor,I have just received a decision on my email, per my request to replace this White judge--YOU--with a black judge. It has been approved.

(black judge sits down)

black judge:I has reached a verdict--NOT GUILTY!

Carter: What do you think of that,Pyle?

Pyle:SHAZAM,those crooked nig*ers sure do stick together,Sergeant Carter.

Carter:They sure do,Pyle.

"one of the victims was the intimate partner of the accused", oh, really? Must leave open the possibility that the "intimate partner" is a he. Maybe the intimate partner was into Pyle cosplay. Hey, when the news doesn't report the news, I will fill in the blanks myself.

Useless USA Today (yuck!) story allegedly "updated (Wednesday) Aug. 13 11:40am ET" says

1) "(USA TODAY customarily withholds the names of victims in alleged cases of domestic violence.)" And probably would have in the case of OJ2025.
2) Radford could not be reached for comment and court records for his case are not available in the docket. [They tried to contact Quorny?!]
3) "The military justice system does not use cash bail. Instead, it weighs whether a member is likely to flee or harm others in determining whether to keep a person in custody during the court-martial process."
How considerate! He might be released if he promises to not shoot anybody else.

SeeBS two days ago: "The Army has not released the victims' names".

DuckDuckGo search for "tmz fort stewart shooting radford" returns a top panel of "news" links about Jake Paul, Celine Dion, and Michelle Obama. What the bleep is going on with that? Anyway, there was a TMZ result farther down and it was totally useless, too.

Two of the vics were referred to as "she",including the most seriously injured, still in the hospital.

I'm assuming a White, female was Quornelius's abuse and shooting victim. This is so top secret,we may never know--in order to keep the racial teapot from heating up.
It wouldn't because media would downplay it with non reporting.
