Neil Young is getting gOOGLE publicity for a new song--"big crime (in the white house)"--it's mediocre, at best

GRA: I saw Neil Young listed as having a lot of clicks, so I thought he was a goner, but it was just google getting people like me to click the thing.

He's got a new anti-Trump song ("big crime"), and even if I hated Trump, I'd hate the song. Oh, well.

Then there was a rumor around 1 a.m. that Trump was dead--based on, "no one has seen him since wednesday."

That received about 50,000 hits (50,001 with me).

As far as I know, he isn't.

NEW "NEIL YOUNG" TUNE:"I CAN'T WRITE GOOD SONGS NO MORE" lyrics by GRA(Sung to Neil's "Ohio")

I used to write decent songs then,
"Rust Never Sleeps","Heart of Gold",
"Cinnamon Girl","Powder finger",
Can't write good songs no more.

Try to get on with it,
Create a good melody,
I oughta know how they go,
Now I put in the time,
What the hell do I get?
A crappy song called,"Big Crime".

La la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la

Try to get on with it,
Create good lyrics today,
I oughta know how they go,
But I put in the time,
What the hell do I get?
A lousy song called,'Big Crime".

"Down by the River" was easy,
"Sugar Mountain",years before,
But one thing I just discovered,
Can't write good songs no more.

(Can't write good songs no more)
Though I try,
(Can't write good songs no more)
My,my,
(Can't write good songs no more)
Hey,hey,I,
(Can't write good songs no more)
Though I try,
(Can't write good songs no more)
My oh my,
(Can't write good songs no more)
Hey,hey--I,
(Can't write good songs no more)

Fade

END

Behind the music
(google AI)Neil Young wrote "Down by the River" while delirious in bed with a 103°F fever, along with "Cinnamon Girl" and "Cowgirl in the Sand."

GRA:If true,a fortuitous fever, but it sounds like one of those myths of rock 'n' roll.
