Some of the excuses for juvenile delinquency remain the same, only the crimes keep getting worse
"There ain't s--t to do in Ward county, texas..."
That was the excuse for juvenile delinquency way back in the 1950s-"The kids [punks] ain't got nuthin' to do."
And someone is still spouting that mantra in this day and age, with a million more options available? Give it a rest.

The more minorities populate an area,the crimes DO get worse. black thugs also get bored with petty theft and car theft. A bigger thrill is out there--with a loaded gun.
