In the last five years, the city has averaged 166 homicides, and the city is only 1/3 black.”
N.S.: There's no way that nyc's murder rate is that low. However, we also don't know what the ratio is between nyc and kc. Unless we knew that the two cities' police officials lied at the same rate, the murder numbers for the two cities are simply incommensurate.

Jack is a great writer. His understated sarcasm and common sense,plain talk style is integral to his writing. Unfortunately,his sphere of readership is about as much as when I wrote a neighborhood weather report as a 9 year
old and threw them in mailboxes. It isn't his fault. He should be on FOX as a contributor(N.S. too)reporting the way things really are. THAT--is THEIR(Fox's) fault.
