"fatal gender-reveal party shooting conviction earns DC man over 24 years in jail"

N.S.: So, what does that mean? Twelve years of real time, and then parole?

And what the hell is a "gender-reveal party"? There are no "genders"!

But it gets better. Not only did the perp, Nyjell Outler, 22, murder one guy, Demetris Johnson, 21, and commit attempted murder against Daloni Williams....

"Outler then allegedly [sic] pulled the draco from his backpack and approached three young men in the driveway. Outler shot Williams twice at point-blank range when Williams approached him with his arm extended [to shake his hand?].

"Outler then shot Johnson in the back as Johnson attempted to flee. Johnson died at the scene. after emergency surgery and physical therapy, Williams was able to recover.

"at the time of the shooting, Outler was on a gps monitor after a previous arrest for possessing another draco.

"previous | DC teen [sic] Nyjell Outler, one of U.S. marshals' 15 most wanted, arrested for a 2021 homicide

"he fled the scene, cut off his gps, and was on the run for 11 months before being arrested in florida in february 2022.

"a superior court jury found Outler guilty in march 2025 of voluntary manslaughter while armed in the fatal shooting and aggravated assault while armed"

[N.S.: So, instead of murder one, attempted murder one, and two counts of possession of a deadly weapon, for life in prison, he's going to serve at most 12 years.]

"Nyjell Outler, 22, has been sentenced to 24-and-a-half years in prison for the shooting death of 21-year-old Demetris Johnson and the shooting of Daloni Williams in March 2021, according ot [sic] U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro."

"THEY HAD TO COUNT THEM ALL"(PART TWO);HAWAII VOLCANO ERUPTS FRIDAY. "THIRTY-FIRST TIME SINCE DECEMBER."(HOW UNEXCITING)

GRA:I can't wait to hear about the 32nd time.

(abc noise)HONOLULU — Hawaii's Kilauea volcano resumed erupting Friday by shooting an arc of lava 100 feet (30 meters) into the air and across a section of its summit crater floor.

It was Kilauea's 31st display of molten rock since December, an appropriately high frequency for one of the world's most active volcanoes(GRA:I'm thrilled they approve.)

The north vent at the summit crater began continuously spattering in the morning, and then lava overflowed a few hours later. The vent started shooting lava fountains in the afternoon(GRA:How many "lava fountains" and how many times has THAT happened? Never mind.)

KILLMORE ABREGO GARCIA THREATENED WITH DEPORTATION TO UGANDA(mEX FOOD FOR IDI AMIN JR.?)NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUE ABOUT A VACATION TO COSTA RICA

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Immigration officials said they intend to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda after he declined an offer to be sent to Costa Rica in exchange for remaining in jail and pleading guilty to human smuggling charges, his defense attorneys told a court Saturday.

The Costa Rica offer came late Thursday and included a requirement that he remain in jail for the time being and then serve whatever sentence he would receive for pleading guilty, according to a brief filed in Tennessee, where the criminal case was brought. After Abrego Garcia left jail on Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement notified his attorneys that he would be deported to Uganda and should report to immigration authorities on Monday.

Later on Friday, “the government informed Mr. Abrego that he has until first thing Monday morning — precisely when he must report to ICE’s Baltimore Field Office — to accept a plea in exchange for deportation to Costa Rica, or else that offer will be off the table forever,” his defense attorneys wrote.

They declined to say whether he is still considering the offer.

Filed along with the brief was a letter from the Costa Rican government stating that Abrego Garcia would be welcomed to that country as a legal immigrant and wouldn’t face the possibility of detention.

GRA:That answers my question about whether deportation means prison in the country he is sent to.

No.
