chicongo: "law enforcement" costly to taxpayers
a female congoid runs over her ex-boyfriend twice. flees to texas where she is arrested and flown back to chicongo. all very expensive. brought before a judge, who lets her run around with an electronic monitor. I wonder what the total $$$ was for this one incident.
