Ahh,you have this one.I posted the wbal version. Lots of black relatives of the vic photographed,but who the shooter was...I can't hazard a guess. Demographics are 70-20 White vs black.

Race: middle name, Rushawn, may be a key clue. I was thrown off the trail by Jaylen, which sounds like an androgynous millennial name picked by a soccer mom. But the search for images is definitive.

"[Friday] was Prince’s first day at Joppatowne High School, where classes began on Tuesday." Maybe he will score himself an Obama judge and claim he had a hall pass and the other kid said the N-word and he'll be back on the streets soon, really soon.
