That amount of money more than the famblee of George Floyd got.
Where does nyc come up with this kind of money?Do they have their own printing press,like the Federal Reserve does?Don't tell me insurance--that's a sure loser for insurance companies,unless nyc is paying 10 million dollars a month in premiums.All these cities do is pay out multi-million dollar settlements,so what insurance company would cover them?
