Trump lawyers Todd Blanche and Joe Pacopino, speaking afterwards, said, “This is the first indictment we’ve seen where there are no facts inside the indictment supporting the charges.”
As far as how the repeated phrase “no one’s above the law” strikes them, the lawyers said, “this is evidence that the rule of law has disappeared in our country. No one is above the law, but no one is below the law, either. If the person the district attorney was targeting WASN’T Donald Trump, there would not be these ridiculous charges filed at all.”

That judge just needs to dismiss the whole mess. I doubt he would ever dare to do so. The pressure must be immense.
Back in 2000 and the election controversy this one pundit said that: "there are no fixed standards in this country. If you can get a sympathetic jury and judge, and a clever lawyer [Bragg?] you can argue anything!!"
I tend to agree.
