N.S.: The daily mail supported the black criminals in the following ways:
• By making photos and videos of the racist rioters blurry, so that readers could not identify their race (which of course, as per the scrappy koala rule, told them the race);
• By inventing new euphemisms for black: “rowdy”;
• By suppressing the story from last night until 4:58 p.m. edt today; and
• By blocking or deleting virtually all (99%) reader comments, permitting only three, instead of the thousands people surely sought to post.

The chicago pd's assistance was in standing around and watching. The illinois state police and the fbi's assistance, respectively, was in ignoring the the organizing of the riot via social media.

You got that right,N.S.Rowdy is playful,not destructive.Rowdy is a little loud--not widespread felony damage,shootings and stabbings.

Don't know why the DM blurred the videos. Could be a dumb case of PC censorship.
But in general customs and more importantly laws are different in Europe compared to the US. Exposing the identity of a suspected criminal, especially juveniles whose anonymity is specifically protected, can also be a legal risk. But the video is from the US, so ...?
Such pixelation is very very common in European media. Even later when an adult has been ID'd and charged you will still see it. Or criminal suspects are allowed to hold file folders in front of their faces in court and going to/from, so it is hard for the media to see what they look like. There is some thinking about protecting the identity of criminals so they can more easily be successfully re-integrated into society after serving their sentence.
Anyway everyone knows they are black even if the media attempts to hide that fact. Another problem is the fear ordinary people have in openly acknowledging that.
Well it IS called "Juneteenth"--of course the "teens" will be out. It is ironic that a day that is supposed to celebrate black freedom, instead demonstrates what so many blacks do with their freedom--crime.

They need [?] to block the images of minors by law? Unable to distinguish who is a minor and who is not, so they block them all.
That one whitey woman was trapped and beaten by a mob. You could see the fear on her face and with good reason. Anytime a dozen or thugs beat you all at the same time they are using lethal force. Those damned people derive a perverse pleasure in hurting others.
