"manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg sued the house judiciary committee and its chairman, rep. Jim Jordan in an effort to block the panel from subpoenaing an attorney who worked on Bragg’s investigation of former President Donald Trump."
Brady! Brady! Brady! Bragg is legally obligated to release all material relevant to the case to Trump's lawyers. He can't spring surprises on the President, or any other defendant in court. I also don't believe that Bragg has legal standing to quash a subpoena issued to another private citizen.

This is the same man who routinely downgrades felonies into misdemeanors, as long as the defendants are black. With Alvin Bragg, there is no law.
