Sadie Davila, 7, of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was mauled to death by a roaming pit bull on Friday night while playing outside a relative's home. The dog's owner was charged with negligent homicide.

Minimum of five years in prison for the dog owner put the dog to sleep and even beyond a five year sentence because the crime in harm was done through a small child
Louisiana is like living in Africa isn't it?Wonderful things they've done with this country(they,being the dildos in charge the last 50 years.)
In Grand Rapids,you hardly need a grandfather's clock chiming gently every hour,when you can have cop cars and emergency units tearing up the street every 60 minutes--sirens wailing.
I like what the dildos in charge of Grand Rapids have done too--unless you want some shuteye.

That COULDN'T have been the first time El-Fido was out loose--the "pit bull issue" should have been "addressed" before allowing the kid out.Mexican area though--they don't like bringing "the law" in--so this is what happens.

Visited Louisiana in the 80s, then lived there for a while. Blacks were virtually invisible, and the only ones about were strictly docile. Streets empty at night, but totally safe. No such thing as "gangs." Something changed, all right, and you can be sure it was deliberate.
I love dogs but pit bull owners are in denial about their dogs. They always claim that it is only bad owners who make them vicious and deadly. But you can find plenty of cases where pit bulls raised by families suddenly had their inner nature come out. Pit bulls not only kill children and weaker people but also other dogs. I have a 70 pound dog who is not neutered but who loves children and little dogs and will not hurt even wild animals. Needless to say he is NOT a pit bull. Obviously people with something to prove have a desire to have the toughest dog around--many of these people are blacks and Hispanics--or poorly educated whites. In contrast, I am proud that our dog is a nice friendly dog of exceptional intelligence--part Border Collie. I frequently pet other dogs being walked by my house and many of these people report having problems encountering pit bulls.
Having a pitbull around small children is indeed a very dangerous thing to do the children screen with high pitch noise that simulate a wounded animal in the pitbull instinct is to go after the wounded animal the kids to run away from the dog now realizing the air stimulating the attack mode in the dog Pitbulls and small children just don’t go well together
