GRA: pbs reported that Biden is calling democrat victors in tonight’s midterm elections.
“I gotta call Teddy—he won—right? Get me Kennedy on the line.”
“He’s not available, sir.”
“Tell him the damn president of the united states wants to congratulate him.”
“He’s not taking calls, sir.”
“All right, forget it—get me Eagleton.”

I am thinking such a thing might be plausible. The man still says he son died in Iraq. Beau died of cancer in the USA. He is demented.
