Here's a question:Dallas' police chief is Eddie Garcia.Is a Mex an improvement over a black chief...the same...or worse?Probably can't be worse,I'd say,but not much of an improvement.

The cops were DWI? Fire them for that YES. But there must have been a break in the video. By the time the cops arrived lots of emergency personnel on the scene.
