Weird, extreme, motiveless (?, no obvious pecuniary motive anyway, which is the motive for most crime), 'random' violent incident -- already talk of a 'false flag': 'strategy of tension' and 'anarcho-tyranny' -- whatever -- but it cannot be denied that only big government/the surveillance state benefits from, and is served by, this kind of atrocity porn.
The colored man went to did bad, even had the high capacity magazine, but did not know to clear a jam in the weapon. The man is an idiot. Most negroes are the same way. Have a weapon but don't know how to use with any finesse. Just as always brute force approach to any situation.

More than likely the enjoyment of hurting others. Whitey the main target but a lot of those wounded appear to be Chinese.
From the size of the negro I doubt he needed money to buy the next meal. Very well nourished as most of them area.
