How many of these wealthy target by gangs have contributed to leftist politicians who defund police and leftist DAs who refuse to prosecute black criminals? How many voted for Democrats? If so, they deserve what they are getting.
All that to steal a watch? Follow home crimes very bad too. In the Chicago area some of those have occurred. The Paki or Indian small shop keeper with his business in the ghetto followed home and terrorized. Pak and Indian noted for their love of bling.
