The Trayvon Martin Hoax Gave Us the Political Corruption on Top of Corruption of the American Courts, Including One Aspect Which is Hardly Ever Mentioned

What in my mind is a bellwether in the political corruption of American courts also came courtesy of the Trayvon Martin case, but it’s one that is hardly ever mentioned:

George Zimmerman’s lawsuit against nbc dismissed by judge

A Florida judge on Monday dismissed the defamation lawsuit filed by George Zimmerman against nbc and three reporters, saying the former neighborhood watch leader failed to show the network acted with malice. ... Judge Debra Nelson said the malice standard was appropriate because Zimmerman became a public figure after he shot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford in February 2012, generating a national conversation about race and self-defense laws.

Recall Zimmerman sued nbc, because they aired an edited version of a 911 call to make it look like he spontaneously told the operator that Martin was black, when he was just replying to a request that he provide a description – the edit was clearly designed to portray Zimmerman as a racist who targeted Martin only because he was black – how is that not prima facie evidence of “malice”? —the same is true of labeling Zimmerman a “White Hispanic,” which numerous media outlets did.

And Zimmerman never wanted to be a “public figure”; this wasn’t a status he sought – the media made him into a public figure, as this lat piece also clearly shows.

Judge Nelson’s (maiden) name is actually Steinberg (link)—shocking, I know.

N.S.: Judge Debra Nelson is the same corrupt jurist who sought to railroad George Zimmerman in hois criminal show trial!

Everything the networks direct its spotlight on--in the case of anything White--is with malice.

Hardly could Zimm be called a public figure BEFORE she shot Treyvons. That has been the Supreme Court standard? You were a public figure BEFORE the incident? That is how I thought it was.

YES. Sad to say, Nicholas and some others know what is going on here.
