raceless special ed student, 5, beats his White female teacher, leaving her “dazed,” “unresponsive,” and hospitalized for the third time

By N.S.

Update: This was the third time the same “child” attacked this teacher, whose name is Mrs. Trisha Meadows.

PEMBROKE PINES, FLA. (WSVN) - A teacher who was attacked by a 5-year-old student is home from the hospital, and the teacher’s union said it was not the first time she has been attacked by the same student.

The President of Broward Teachers Union walked into Pines Lakes Elementary School Monday demanding answers for one of their teachers, Trisha Meadows, who was violently attacked by the student last week.

“He actually ran and attacked and jumped on her with his whole body weight. She fell and hit her head, which caused the severe injury and other bodily injuries where she is going to need surgery,” said President of Broward Teachers Union Ana Fusco.

Police said in the report, “The incident began when two students in the classroom, 4 and 5 years old, began throwing things around the classroom and at the teachers, along with flipping the chairs.”

Someone called 911, and when police arrived Meadows was unresponsive.

She was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital, her injuries were so severe that she had to be intubated.

“This is not the first time this has happened at this school, in this classroom. I feel like there needs to be the proper support. This is a special needs class,” said a parent who didn’t want to show her face.

The parent said that the 5-year-old has attacked other students, causing black eyes and other injuries.

The teachers union said Meadows has been attacked on three separate occasions by the same student.

“She has been hospitalized several times by this student. It’s not this first time, not the second time, it’s the third time,” said Fusco.

7News was told that the 5-year-old once threw a bookcase while the class sat for circle time, which pinned Meadows underneath.

“The district has failed. They need to get in there and when the teachers are saying, ‘I’ve got this happening,’ whether it’s one time. It should never get passed one time when it’s that severe of rage and violence,” said Fusco.

“She is a sweet teacher. I mean, like, I trust this woman with my child. That’s a second mom. It’s really sad. It’s sad. It’s heartbreaking,” said the parent.

The Broward County School Board said all district protocols were followed in this case.

[N.S.: Then the protocols are no good.]

The Pembroke Pines Police Department is investigating.

It remains unclear if the 5-year-old will face any criminal charges because it is unclear whether the student knew right from wrong.

[N.S.: Oh, he knew exactly what he was doing.]

According to the BTU, Meadows will likely be needing surgery.

The President of the BTU said it will be unlikely that Meadows will be returning to Pines Lakes Elementary School.

“Don’t think it can’t happen. I was doing volunteer work for an after school program watching 4 year olds and put them in a 5 min quiet time. One boy who was unhappy punched me in the left ear almost knocking me out. He then jumped on my back and placed me in a choke hold. Luckily rwo other volunteers heard the raucous and saved me from passing out. It can happen to anyone.”

N.S.: We’re talking about psychopaths here, both your example and the one in the instant story. And forget the “age of reason.” Those two knew exactly what they were doing, and are murderers in training.

You were looking good: “my take is the adult teacher was instructed under no circumstance are you to hit/restrain an out of control child.”

But then you went off the rails.

“5) is possible the teacher got frustrated with the child and she possible smacked the unruly child. then realizing all hell is going to come down on her, she pretended or flipped the story the child attacked her?

“6) We are not told the child suffered any bruises from the altercation…odd that’s not mention…

“7) We live in a sue me society and the school or the teacher definitely don’t want to be sued, so I can see this scenario closely come to the truth…yet my speculation is just that speculation.”

More likely was, the teacher was not permitted to restrain the young psycho, who sucker punched her, and with her disabled, gave her business, probably stomping her head while she was down. Give him a couple of years, and he'll achieve his first murder.

“Yes, at that age, the ability to link cause and effect hasn’t reached a point where they can realistically link their actions and such consequences. By and large, those type of acts aren't planned, and are a spontaneous reaction to the events of the moment.

“There’s a very real reason why children of this age CANNOT be charged in such an event, and it all comes down to being able to contextualize cause and effect. Heck at the age of 5 it’s still highly probable that the child can’t even understand that death is permanent, let alone that they caused it.”

N.S.: When I was a social worker, my best foster parents had four foster children in their house, all disturbed, and yet they worked wonders with them. And then came Q. At two years, nine months, Q was very intelligent, very independent, and ultra-violent. The agency psychologist said that Q showed sociopathic proclivities at the youngest age he had ever seen. The foster parents, who were in their seventies, were showing up at my office on a daily basis. By now, they were probably hitting him. (All of my foster parents hit the children, but I believe that these two did it less than anyone else.) They were going to end up being shut down and prosecuted. I called the city, and when the supervisor said to bring him back, I didn’t give her a second chance to think about it. Q thought he was on a fun outing, until he saw the room, and began wailing. He’d been there before.

Some people are just evil. That five-year-old knew exactly what he was doing, just as Q had. Social work and education “thinkers” have contaminated the world with psychobabble, which have facilitated many murders.

“I’m pretty sure an adult can just walk away from a five-year olds tantrum. What's the kid going to do? Drag the teacher to the floor and pummel them senseless??? LOL”

Sucker punch the teacher (which he probably did), and stomp her unconscious, or to death. You NEVER turn your back on someone like that, whatever his age is.

A creature so dangerous it belongs in a zoo--or should be dropped off in the remote jungle where it is unlikely to harm human beings.

For the third time? For the third time? For the third time? For the third time? A five year old kid. By the age of five your character mostly set for the rest of your life. Little redemption can be done beyond that point.

A bunch of years ago, a coworker of mine and his wife got involved in foster care. One of the first children they took on was an abused boy who had been molested by his own father. The kid was totally wild and couldn't be controlled. At least he was too small to hurt an adult. They eventually had to return the boy to the custody of the state of Texas.

It's hard to imagine a human being being so f'd up at the age of five or seven or whatever, that they're a danger to other people.
