GRA: I didn’t say two MURDERS. This first one, a moslem woman with a black boyfriend, shot him dead after many instances of abuse.
WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — A Wyoming man shot and killed in his apartment on Sunday had tried strangling his girlfriend twice in the last two years, records show.
In one case, the girlfriend told police she armed herself with a pair of scissors to defend herself.
Now, the girlfriend, Sakina Muhammad, is at the Kent County jail, identified as the Wyoming Police Department’s only person of interest in the death of her boyfriend, Kwan Winston, 27.
Police: Woman in custody after boyfriend shot, killed
Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker said he expects to make a decision on possible charges on Wednesday.
Winston, who died in the shooting at his apartment on Taft Avenue SW, had recently pleaded no contest to trying to strangle Muhammad twice — once in March 2020 and again in January, court records and police reports show.
[N.S.: So, why wasn’t he in prison? More free crimes for blacks.]
GRA: In the second shooting death, a 15-year-old black was shot dead Monday. This is a murder, though police reportedly arrested—and then RELEASED the suspect shortly afterwards, on orders from the prosecutor’s office.
I wonder what state he’s in by now. Hopefully, the cops are keeping an eye on him (chuckle), because if they don’t, he’ll be on the underground railroad to Alabammy in no time. blacks love to hide murderers from the cops.

SELF-DEFENSE NOT ALLOWED,MUSLIM WOMAN WILL BE CHARGED WITH OPEN MURDER OF NEGRO BOYFRIEND
GRA:"Consider this a divorce"--one of my favorite lines.
Updated: Mar 16, 2022 / 03:10 PM EDT
WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — A woman will be charged with shooting and killing her boyfriend earlier this week, according to court documents filed on Wednesday.
Court records show Sakina Muhammad, 21, of Wyoming will be charged with open murder and possession of a handgun following the death of her boyfriend, 27-year-old Kwan Winston. If convicted, she could face life in prison.
Muhammad was in the Kent County jail Wednesday and could be arraigned as early as Thursday.
On Sunday night, officers found Winston dead at the couple’s apartment building on Taft Avenue south of 28th Street. He had been shot in the head and arm, court documents say.
Police were sent to the apartment after Muhammad’s parent called them saying Muhammad had been involved in a domestic dispute with Winston.
Police: Woman in custody, baby safe after man killed
Muhammad and her 11-month-old daughter, also Winston’s child, went missing Sunday night. They were found the next morning. The child was found safe and police say that she is with Children’s Protective Services while officers look for a more permanent caretaker.
Earlier documents show Winston had a history of abuse against Muhammad. He had faced previous assault charges in 2019 and again in January, both listing Muhammad as the victim. At the time of his death, Winston was awaiting sentencing on assault charges to which he had pleaded no contest.
Police say the couple had court protection orders but violated them by continuing to live together.
GRA:Two more off the street--unless she gets the jury to sympathize.

(FOX17)On January 16, 2022, Winston was arrested for assault with the intent to commit great bodily harm less than murder or strangulation with Muhammad listed as the victim.
That charge was reduced, and he was arraigned on January 19, 2022 charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence.

WHY is the Muslim girl still even with the colored dude after he strangled her the first time?
black ATTORNEY FOR TATTED MUSLIM WOMAN EXPRESSES SHOCK AT MURDER CHARGES
GRA:A video of her arraignment showed tattoos on both arms. She bought into the gangsta lifestyle it appears.
WYOMING, Mich. (WOOD) — An attorney admits his client shot and killed her boyfriend, but said he can’t believe she was charged with murder because he says it’s a clear case of self-defense.
“He comes, he is assaulting my client and in fear for her life, she responds,” defense attorney Anthony Greene said.
Sakina Muhammad, 21, of Wyoming, was arraigned Thursday morning on charges of open murder and a weapons count. She said little as a plea of not guilty was automatically entered for her, answering the judge’s questions with a simple yes or no. Bond was denied, though the judge said he was willing to reconsider later on as additional information was submitted to the court. Muhammad’s next hearing is March 30.
“I’m shocked that it was charged; should not have been charged,” Greene said after the proceedings. “Hopefully, as this evolves and the truth comes out, one thing will be clear: that this is a young lady whose life has been threatened, whose existence has been threatened, and out of desperation, she finally took action to save her life.”
Kwan Winston, 27, was killed Sunday night. Wyoming police said they found him dead at an apartment building on Taft Avenue SW south of 28th Street after Muhammad’s parents called 911, saying there had been a domestic dispute. He had been shot in the head, court records show.
Muhammad and her 11-month-old daughter were gone by the time police arrived, but she was found the next morning and arrested. Her child, also Winston’s daughter, is safe and is now being cared for by family.
Police said earlier this week that Winston and Muhammad had been living together at the Taft Avenue apartment in violation of a court order meant to protect her, but Muhammad’s attorney said that’s not the case.
“He had been ordered out of the apartment. He was not in the apartment. He was living with his grandmother. He returned and wasn’t invited to return,” Greene said. “The fact that he was there in violation of a court order creates a presumption … that a use of force against him is reasonable.”
He said it was reasonable for Muhammad to believe that her life was in danger.
GRA:Turns out,so was his,lol.
