“Trump Likely Committed Felony by Obstructing Congress, U.S [sic] Judge Rules”
https://www.aol.com/news/trump-likely-committed-felony-obstructing-160842714-164427780.html
By Jan Wolfe
WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A U.S. judge ruled on Monday that former President Donald Trump “more likely than not” committed a felony by attempting to obstruct Congress when he tried to subvert the 2020 election on Jan. 6, 2021.
U.S. District Judge David Carter in Los Angeles said in his ruling that the U.S. congressional committee investigating the attack on the U.S. Capitol by Trump supporters could obtain emails written by Trump lawyer John Eastman.
“Based on the evidence, the Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021,” Carter said in a written decision.

“Based on the evidence, the Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021,” Carter said in a written decision.
The decision can be read here -- link
It's 44 pages long, and heavily footnoted -- I read some of it yesterday.
I'm tired of how infantile this entire debate is, but about the first part of the ruling:
pg 3
>Despite the lack of evidence of election tampering, ...
What does that mean? -- as I pointed out before, there is plenty of evidence of anomalies in both voting and vote counting -- but since these were never seriously investigated and evaluated before a body with standing (e.g. a court), it's impossible to say if they were just statistical anomalies, or were evidence of 'election tampering' -- so to claim right at the start of the ruling that there was a 'lack of evidence of election tampering' is dishonest.
pgs 4 - 5
President Trump also made personal appeals to state officials. On January 2, he called
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to discuss allegations of election fraud. ... The President interspersed the conversation with specific fraud claims—dead people voting,
absentee ballot forgeries, trucks ferrying illegal ballots, and machines stuffed with “unvoted” ballots.12 Mr. Raffensperger debunked the allegations “point by point” and explained that “the data you have is wrong; ...”
Personally, and without commenting on Trump's specific claims, I think it was impossible for Raffensperger to 'debunk' allegations of fraud in Georgia on Jan 02 2021 because there had been no serious investigation at that point -- but no doubt he saw 'which way the wind was blowing', and did not want to damage himself politically by siding with Trump on the fraud claims.
Later Matt Braynard and his team did do a thorough investigation of voting in Georgia, and found that the number of ballots easily shown to have been illegally/improperly cast there exceeded Biden's margin of victory -- now that does not necessarily mean Trump would have won, but it does show that it was worth investigation whether there was 'election tampering' in Georgia.
The Twitter account of Matt Braynard filtered for the word 'Georgia' -- link
It's really disgraceful that the Establishment continues to discount this and all the other evidence of 2020 voting and counting anomalies.
Carter looks like a simpleton, and the ruling he issued in this case reads like it was written by someone who is simple-minded.
This is one reason Trump may not be available for 2024.

NORTH CAROLINA REP.CAWTHORN,REVEALS ORGIES,DRUG USE BY LAWMAKERS
GRA:These degenerates are in charge of US?
(ZH)
Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) says that in the 14 months he's been in Washington DC, he's been invited to DC orgies and has witnessed lawmakers using cocaine, according to Just the News, citing the freshman lawmaker's recent appearance on the "Warrior Poet Society" podcast.
"I look at all these people, a lot of them that I’ve looked up to through my life, I've always paid attention to politics. Then all of the sudden you get invited to: 'Well hey we’re going to have kind of a sexual get together at one of our homes, you should come," said Cawthorn.
"I’m like: 'What did you just ask me to come to?" he continued. "Then you realize they are asking you to come to an orgy."
Later, Cawthorn revealed that some of the very lawmakers who are "leading on the movement to try and remove addiction in our country" are on drugs themselves. "You watch them do, you know, a key bump of cocaine right in front of you and it’s like 'Wow, this is wild."
GRA:Should I try to guess which ones are doing what?I'll go out on a limb and say minorities--for sure--with Whites who have been in power a long time also involved(rhymes with Telosi and Clumer.)
The ones who don't want to leave.

If you want to see an interesting show about race relations, an old cable show called Black/White is available on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fh_zjF66-ec&list=PLGL8uT9tChHO_R41snKYihhox4h5_93Ee
A White family gets made up in blackface and a black family gets made up in Whiteface. Then they go about their lives and see how people treat them. Interestingly, the White family didn't experience any kind of racism when they were black, which contradictory to the notion that blacks are being persecuted every time they step out into the street. The people that treated them worst, were actually other black people.
I've previously mentioned this but Youtube took the show down so it couldn't be watched for free. It's back now and a real hoot to watch. A show like this would never be allowed to be broadcast, the "blackface" hysterics would go nuts. No telling how long before it gets pulled again so better watch it quick.
“'more likely than not' committed a felony"
The Floyd boy more likely than not gave himself a heart attack from drug use. More likely than not responsible for his own death.
Since when in a criminal case are we saying that "more likely than not" is enough to convict you.
