Houston: Spanish Girl, 15, Took the Family Dog for a Walk; the Dog Returned Home without Her

Police said officer responded to a report of a shooting after people in the area told them they heard numerous gunshots. The 15-year-old girl, who family members identify as Diamond Alvarez , was outside walking the dog in the neighborhood and then the dog returned to the home without her.
