The murder was committed in Montgomery, AL – who moves from NOLA to Montgomery, AL to escape crime?

Police have charged 17-year-old Jerimiah Walker, of Montgomery, with capital murder in the shooting death, wsfa reported.
GRA: The blacks can’t even SPELL Jeremiah correctly.

Another angle to consider here:
The white parents of the white Michigan HS shooter were arrested and charged with several counts of involuntary manslaughter (link) -- a brief search failed to turn up the exact legal basis for these charges.
How did this 'mumbling' 17 y/o get access to a weapon? -- will any black adults be charged?
I'd be interested to hear about any cases where black parents were or are being held accountable for the crimes of their juvenile children -- everyone knows there are plenty of juvenile Blacks committing gun crimes, e.g. recently in Chicago (link).
WHITES are preaching in a negro neighborhood? This is what happened? There is the problem to begin with. Blacks just do not like whitey in their "hood" period. Much less trying to preach to them.
