This man is not a prosecutor. Thus, I have dubbed him, chief criminal advocate. Every time a colored cut-throat goes to court in Manhattan, he will have at least two defenders: official defense counsel, and a member of the Manhattan chief criminal advocate’s office.
Meanwhile, as I learned already in 1988, when a White man defends himself from a hate crime attack by a black, there are at least two prosecutors in the courtroom: The da’s office lawyer, and the Legal Aid prosecutor.
