"BEYA"

Nothing Like a Heap of Racism to Go Along with Your Corporation's "Vision"

Don't hold your breath to wait for the "White Engineer or the Year"

Were I president, or "king," I would prohibit the use of race descriptions
of any individual for any reason. I would also eliminate any questions about
any citizen's race or ethnicity. This personal information is the breeding
ground of racism in this nation. To look at citizens as members of skin-color,
linguistic, or any other type of group is to stir the pot of racism, and politicians
should refrain from doing so, because it is damaging to any notion of a free,
just, and unified society. At this time, the only group being harmed is the White group, but that could change in the future. We should reject racism in any/all forms, even mild forms like this....where Raytheon is trolling to attract black hires in order to meet affirmative action quotas set by a racist government.

.......can you imagine if Raytheon offered a "White Engineer of the Year" Award?

I know; neither can I.

We are just so accustomed to this constant racism that it has become so "normalized" that we hardly notice anymore.

Alas, I'm neither king nor president, and cannot dictate that the government and the politicians who infest it, stop driving a racial divide.....but collectively, the people of this country can.  Any politician who uses race as a hook to obtain more votes by pandering to this or that group, should not be rewarded with an election victory.  It just makes bad matters worse.
