Why can we see the victims but not the perpetrators of these crimes? No doubt it's another deranged black man from one of the many drunkie/junkie encampments on Manhattan sidewalks. Or I should say crackie/methie encampments. The perpetrator was after a white baby, probably has many criminal priors and mental health history, which translates to, the criminal court judge ordered mental health evaluations and he was put in a mental hospital on multiple occasions.
These are the kinds of people that don't want to go into any hotel or participate in any program because it would get in the way of their drinking and drug use.
I think there's way more of these attacks that don't make the papers.
Three times the normal amount of punishment is due. Wish it will be so but doubt it will come to pass.
