They'll never do a summary judgement--though the judge should--it will instead be settled in court, which afterwards, will be burned to the ground, following "not guilty verdicts".
That's not a prediction,by the way--the obstacles are huge in generating a fair trial and an impartial jury. The pressure to convict is extreme. But if there IS an exoneration, look for some increased arson reports around the area.

Unfortunately there are those who are determined to use this man's death as reasons for extreme violence, looting, arson, property damage and rioting. The brother holding court at the DNC was ill advised. I hope he created non Democrats in those moments of silence.
I sincerely hope that justice is served and the police officer who had the misfortune to be any where near this man is released from prison and once more a free man. I feel terrible for him. What a job they're doing on him, just like what they've tried to do to the POTUS.
