For the second time this month, a Florida McDonald's restaurant has become the center of a racist confrontation caught on video. In this case, a male employee at a drive-through window called a customer the N-word as another called the police on him....

N.S.: Since calling someone a "nigger" is not a crime, what is someone doing, calling the police?

Let me guess: The caller was a member of the same group that refuses to call the cops on actual criminals.

Note, too, the unusual usage: "Racist confrontation."

That's because the accused was white. Otherwise, it would have said, "racial."

New Category:Black/Black on Black Murder
Black Army Sergent Comes Home-Gets Shot By Black Wife and Black Lover.

(FOX17NEWS)ST. JOSEPH TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The wife of an Army sergeant and her alleged lover are charged with plotting the murder of her husband in Berrien County.

Army Sgt. Tyrone Hassel III, 23, was shot multiple times around 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve in front of his father’s home on Colfax Avenue in St. Joseph Township.

“I’m wondering what was going through her mind, actually I’m trying to understand it all,” said Tyrone Hassel Jr., the victim’s father.

Berrien County prosecutors say Kemia Hassel was having an affair with Jeremy Cuellar, also an active-duty soldier at Fort Stewart in Georgia, and they planned to kill Tyrone Hassel to take the Army’s death benefit.

“It’s a lot of anger, because, you know, it seems like it boils down to — it was over money,” Hassel Jr. said.

Investigators say Cuellar traveled from Fort Stewart to Chicago several days prior to the murder, waited for directions from Kemia Hassel and finally shot and killed Tyrone Hassel Dec. 31.

Authorities arrested Kemia Hassel and Jeremy Cuellar last week, and on Monday charged both with first-degree premediated murder. Cuellar has also been charged with felony firearm.

“She deceived us all,” Hassel Jr. said. “I thought she was a completely different person than who she really is.”

If found guilty, Kemia Hassel is looking at life in prison without parole. A preliminary exam is scheduled for Jan. 23.

Cuellar is being held in a Georgia jail awaiting extradition.

(FOX17NEWS)GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Police are investigating a reported shooting that happened Sunday evening around 5 p.m.

FOX 17 spoke to one of the owners of Florentine's, who said that the incident happened out in the joint parking lot of the Towne & Country Shopping Center strip mall. They said they are thankful that no employees or customers were hurt during the incident.

Police Sgt. Cathy Williams said in a media briefing that a vehicle may be involved, but they do not have a vehicle description.

"We'll certainly be looking at all angles," she said. "Generally these kinds of incidents are not random. We have no reason to believe that this is a random incident. We do believe the victim was an intended target."

Police have not identified the victim. However, family members have identified him to FOX 17 as James King, 17, a student at East Kentwood High School.

It goes without saying that the "Military(black) menage a trois murders" will not ever make "Negro Nightly New",but the Jamie Closs kidnapping gives Lesta Holt the opportunity to plaster whitey on NBC 's cameras.
Believe me,if a similar incident happened with whites being the race involved--instead of blacks,Holt would lead with it for 10 minutes.

GR MURDER UPDATE--NOTHING UNUSUAL,BLACK SELLING DRUGS GETS HEAD BLOWN OFF.
— The cousin of fatal shooting victim James King said the two were trying to sell marijuana in a strip mall parking lot when one of the customers opened fire, trying to rob them.

King, 17, a senior at East Kentwood High School, was shot in the head, his cousin said.

The cousin, who did not want to be named, said he has identified suspects to police.

"I have an idea who they are. I seen a few faces," he said.

He said that includes a 17-year-old East Kentwood High School junior who is being held in the Kent County jail.
(GRA:Harmless marijuana--and legal too-- in Michigan.Doesn't matter though when you're selling it ILLEGALLY,)

The suspect is accused of obstructing police and robbery, but has not been charged, Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker said. It's not clear what role he allegedly played in the death.

The cousin said he and King went to the Towne & Country Shopping Center on Kalamazoo Avenue SE and 44th Street to sell marijuana when they approached four men in a car. The car was parked next to a light pole about 5 p.m. Sunday. It was still daylight.

"We walked up to them," he told 24 Hour News 8. "We were just serving them. That's what it was. That's all it was supposed to be."
(GRA:Innocent drug deal,what's wrong with that?Can't trust no one,no more--even a drug buying customer).

He said King slid into the back seat of the suspects' car after one of the passengers had gotten out to make room.

He said King quickly learned he was being robbed.

"They wanted to steal that weed from us," the cousin said. "They wanted to steal marijuana from us.

"When my cousin opened that door out and he tried to get out, that's when they did what they did," he continued. "They shot him right in the head. They didn't have to do him like that, not over some damn weed, bro."

He said he saw the handgun, then watched his cousin fall out of the back seat.

The passenger who had gotten out jumped back in before the car fled, he said.

The shooter drove off, hitting at least one other vehicle in the parking lot on the way. Police later found the getaway vehicle on nearby Norman Drive, but the driver wasn't there.

The cousin said he held King in the parking lot, waiting for rescuers.

"I felt like he was grabbing me, like, 'I'm still with you cuz, I'm still with you,'" he said.

Police said King died on the scene despite rescue efforts.

The victim's mom Toshia Williams said she had last seen her son at home, not far from the store, about an hour before the shooting. She rushed to the scene after a relative called her.

"It's not a good sight," she said. "I would not wish that on any parent, to see nothing like that, just your son laying there, just dead."

Her son was a senior at East Kentwood High School, with plans to go to Grand Rapids Community College, she said. He wanted to be an architect.
(GRA:An architect?Of heroin dealing maybe).
"It's just sad he's gone at 17. At 17 years old, his last year. He had a couple months to go in school and he'd have graduated."

She wants justice.

"He was just a real outgoing kid, and for them to take my son away from me, at 17, that's crazy," she said. "I just wish they were laying there dead like him."
GRA:Revenge shooting in the making? We'll see.
