The routine traffic stop. Nothing about any traffic stop seems to be routine nowadays. Especially if a negro is stopped for having done nuffin' at all. Ya'll.
Outstanding warrants. Coke in a sufficient amount to be arrested for intent to distribute. Gun, dope the same as the coke. No license or insurance. Open bottle of liquor. Dude behind the wheel has done time with other dudes inside the car that have done time. Consorting with others on parole. Etc.
